This is just a gentle reminder of Vietnam entry visa that you might need to have to enter Vietnam.
Please kindly recheck and make sure if your nationality/passport type will need Vietnam visa or not. Please refer to the information of EXEMPTION OF ENTRY VISA TO VIETNAM at the following link:
If you are not exempted for Vietnam entry visa and unable to arrange a Vietnam entry visa by yourself for entering Vietnam next week, please contact ICBM2019 conference’s organizing committee ASAP no later than 24th Oct for being advised on appropriate solutions on visa-on-arrival.
